Marketplace Missionary - Cambodia (click name below to view)

Michelle Murray
After ten years as a Church Planting Missionary I have felt God’s call on my life to transition to an exciting new platform from which to share the gospel.  I believe that relationships are the best way to share the love of Jesus Christ, creating the opportunity and environment to be heard.  I am convinced that my new work with Marketplace Ministries Worldwide will afford me with significant opportunities as a missionary engaged in evangelism.

I also know that creating jobs and work places in undeveloped regions give people a sense of value and dignity, which is consistent with God’s character.   In such an environment, questions will be asked not only by the employees themselves, but by their friends and family, to which the answer is “Jesus”.  Thus opening the door for evangelistic opportunities in a segment of society that is usually relatively untouched by the Church Planting missionary, but vital in the growth and development of the church as a whole.  New believers, with God given skills and abilities to assist the church with leadership and also financially, are desperately needed.  Those that embrace the gospel first tend to be poorer people, but the gospel does not get shared up; using business as the platform will reach the middle segment of society, who have the ability, once believers, to influence those above and below them.

I am seeking your partnership to open the door for me in using business as mission as the platform to affect lives and share Jesus Christ in Cambodia.  I will continue to partner with the local churches, as they desire to take hold of the mission of self sufficiency, and self propagation, with regard to their own people and nation.
